but wait there's more

Got our naturopath hair test allergy results back today. I'm kinda skeptical about them but I have heard from a few other people that they do actually work. I don't know. It just all seems too hard. I still struggle with keeping him dairy (and possible traces of dairy) free on a daily basis. Now I have a whole stack more of foods for him to avoid. But it will no doubt make a big difference to him so we have to do it. I had a wee cry about it and now I have to get to planning some meals and things which will replace some of our usuals (like bolognaise sauce, fruit and yoghurt sundaes, fish pie...).

ARGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Thanks for listening to my mini rant.

Reuben looks so grown up, it's a bugger about the allergies, they seem to be so prevalent these days. I do wonder if the more sophisticated tests they can do now are picking up things that have perhaps always been there - maybe not. Hope the school holidays are going well - I wish I was still at school and I could have a holiday too, L & C Grandpa xxooxx

I can't believe that so many of what we perceive as the "staples" are possibly harmful.....so unfair. Must admit I had a cry myself and still could thinking about it all. This is one lucky little boy to have a mummy and daddy who take so much time and care to make his limited diet more interesting and safe.
Love you all to bits. XOXOXOXO
