We found this great book at the library recently and I thought I'd share it here in case you want to get it out too. It's called
"Fairy Tale Feasts" and has lots of stories and recipes. I love fairy tales and these ones are nice and short which is extra good when you're feeling lazy (like I often am when it's story time). We read the magic pot of porridge story and #2 took great delight the next morning, in telling our pot
"cook pot cook" and
"stop pot stop". We've also made runaway pancakes after reading the story quite similar to the gingerbread man.

You are very good at encouraging the boys to do things - especially cooking which I'm sre must get messy at times - all part of the learning though,
