little hobbits

Don't these grubby feet just remind you of little hobbits feet?  Had an awesome day today with Nana and Poppa (the last weekend before they return to Christchurch for good, sob sob).  The day ended with us all tired and happy after many adventures and games of Billy Goats Gruff and a drink at the Puhoi pub.

 I said the boys could have a lemonade and #2 was adamant he didn't want one, however he did want a "can drink".  So he got a can of sprite (lemonade) and everyone was happy.  They pretty much never get fizzy drink so it was a big novelty, #1 drank about half of his and then said he didn't feel too good.
I'll have to do a separate post about the Art of Cheese cafe where we had morning tea.  It's such a cool kid friendly place.  I took lots of photos.
