dairy free pizza

I wish we'd figured this years ago!  Clever B figured out recently that you can top a cheese free pizza with a beaten egg and the toppings stay put!  We regularly make pizzas at home and until recently the kindy boy has enjoyed his even though the toppings tend to fall off.  So to say this is a revelation is an understatement.  Thank goodness he's not allergic to egg.  It does help to fold the edges of the dough inwards and not to put the egg on until the pizza is on the tray (learn from our mistakes).  Here's our bread maker dough recipe in case you were looking for one...

2 cups white flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
3 teaspoons yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup water

Tried this base today! It was great. Have been wanting a recipe with wholemeal flour in it but my breadmaker book didn't have one. Thanks!
