DIY fairy garden

After school today we made a fairy garden in one of the planters on our deck.  We did a bit of a plan and then just used what we had lying around.  In January the boys made a fairy ring and we salvaged a few gem stones from that (now overgrown) part of the garden.  According to the plan we need a cot, play ground, mushrooms and a mini painting set!  Tonight I found a nice blog called the Magic Onions which has lots of fairy furniture tutorials and even a fairy garden competition.  If your kiddies are into fairies and magic you might like to enter too.

We made them a bath but the water seems to leak straight through.

The lucky fairies are having dried cranberries for a treat.

This is a peg doll we made at kindy on Monday.

There are a couple of notes for the fairies too... I hope they write back!
