baking the house

This did end up being the burnt version of the ginger bread house (which we chucked) but the process photos were so cute I couldn't help but post them.  #2 had his two favourite girls over to help while #1 was out at a birthday party.

The eleven year old got to do the detail work, while the four year olds got to do lots of squishing and rolling (and a tiny bit of tasting).  The paper template got very nasty and sticky.  When we made it again (the next day) I used baking paper for the template and it was great.
