coconut chocolate ice cream

1 can coconut milk

1/3 cup sugar or agave nectar

2Tbsp cocoa

I bought an ice cream maker before Christmas so that I could make dairy free treats.  The bowl needs to be in the freezer so that it's cold enough to freeze the liquid mixture.  Sadly our freezer is not working at all.  Hopefully the repair man will be able to fix it up for us so we can make this delicious ice cream again.  If you have one give it a go, it's so creamy and yummy.

Later... He came this morning and sadly all is not well with the fridge/freezer, it seems to have a terminal illness which will cost more to fix than it's worth.  Grrrrr.  I looked into the gorgeous Smeg Retro range but the average sized fridge freezer (in red) is $7,000!  So think we'll be going with a regular brand.  No way that's in our price range. Maybe I'll need to take the ice cream maker bowl with us to make sure it'll fit!
