chia pudding

More yummy healthy food.  1/4 cup chia seeds, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 TBSP of coconut and 2 tsp maple syrup.  Into two wee bowls, for a couple of hours (or overnight) in the fridge.  The seeds swell up and make it thick and kind of jelly like .We had them with defrosted raspberries but any fruit would be nice.  Apparently cinnamon and banana is good too.

    1. You can get them from Pak n Save in the bulk bins or the health food section of other supermarkets. I think they are white or black but both pretty much the same. Hey let me know if you get this reply as it's just a new thing and I'm not sure how it works. And Happy Birthday!
