chocolate peanut butter cups (raw & vegan)

   Found the recipe here last night and had to give it a shot.  They're not too sweet so could do with a little more maple syrup in the chocolate I think.  I was short on coconut oil so made mini versions but I think that they're actually a pretty great size.  The chocolate part would have been smoother with more oil too.

  2. yummy. Do you use cacao or cocoa powder?

    1. I use cacao (as I happen to have some and it's more nutritious) but I'm sure cocoa would work just as well. It might even be a little sweeter with cocoa (which could be a good thing).
