Although I haven't baked for about two weeks (work and now sickness (day 5 in bed!)), I wanted to share this gorgeous loaf we made recently. I started again from scratch making a sourdough starter. Hopefully this one will last forever! If we go away again it's coming too, or I'll have to get a sitter. Sounds a little extreme I know but I was devastated when we got home from our summer holiday to a stinky fridge/freezer and purple mould on my sourdough.
