the amazing dinner - Africa part two

Our Amazing Race dinner of the week was from Africa again.  This time we tried something a little more exotic (well for us anyway) a North African chicken curry with pumpkin, courgettes and beans.  We had it with couscous and coriander yoghurt (#2 had his with sunflower cream due to his allergy).

I love curries but have hardly ever made them for the family,  Not sure why as it was swifty gobbled up.

The seven year old got to eat from the special star plate as he had been awarded a certificate in Friday's assembly for all his wonderful effort in his art.  He loves to create things and spent about two hours on Sunday making this giant lego heart just for me!  What a cutie.

  1. Looks delicious! we love a good curry! and I must show my girls that lego heart - it's awesome!
